The large-capacity magazine holds a large stack of cases and indexes each stack into place by itself to provide a constant supply of cases, which in turn reduces operator effort. Boxes are indexed using a combined gripper/slide system designed to accommodate cartons of different sizes and to handle large and heavy boxes perfectly.

Mechanical stepper transfer rods are mounted on the synchronous transfer chain. This type of design provides additional squaring when the case is moved from erection to seal.

When the flip-folder folds the flap, the large case flap is gripped tightly, ensuring efficient flap folding and sealing. The continuously moving main controller provides the driving force for the stepping box conveying device, piecing the box into a square when the box travels. The main controller has a sealed bearing connecting rod to ensure high speed performance of the conveying.
