Large space, easy-to-load case magazine: Self-indexing assist case magazine provides a constant supply of cases for unpacker feeding. As each stack is used, another is moved into place, and several stacks can be loaded to free up a lot of time between refills. The ergonomic low-rise design makes it easy to replenish without lifting the case.

Safe and Reliable Unpacking Mechanism: Proven in production since 2012, China Yanmao’s cam-operated vacuum pull-back unpacking machine is designed to perform well on imperfectly run corrugated paper. This method uses dual vacuum clamps – the lower clamp brings firm compression to hold the carton securely, while the upper clamp pulls the shell apart.
Front Flap Folding and Case Movement: When the rear flap folder folds the inner flap, the main case flap is gripped tightly, ensuring efficient flap folding and sealing. The continuously running main drive brings the driving force to the stepper box transfer device, which squares the box as it travels. The main drive has a sealed bearing link for fast characteristics over long distances.
The sealing box is square and firm: after folding the cover, the carton enters the sealing area, and when the tape is attached, it is transmitted by the left and right double belts. The left and right drive belts are synchronized to ensure the box remains square during tape sealing.
Quick Changeover: Changeover is easy – using the quick adjust gear and roller with locking rocker, adjustments to the entire enclosure specification can be made without replacing parts.
