Side Load Case Packer
We offer a wide range of fully automatic side-loading case packers for loading cartons, bottles and utensils into cartons. Side-load box packaging is typically used for higher-speed running applications and the delicate handling of their products, and can be applied to a wide variety of products, including utensils, electric kettles, cartons, boxes, and more.
A side load case packer is a piece of equipment suitable for bag-in-case packaging. The packaging arrives at the stacking module, where each row is stacked into a fixed plate module. After stacking the required number of rows, the sorted items are pushed into the open box, which is opened and held in place by vacuum suction cups and rails, with the small rear flap closed. The lid is then folded and closed before unloading.
