This labor-saving automatic baler is the big brother of balers and is designed to handle medium to large boxes. It has the same benefit, reducing your manual packing staff with just one operator, reducing liability and increasing efficiency. The packaging machine occupies a small area and is easy to install in the production line. It uses heavy-duty steel frame construction, stainless steel plate packing chambers and structurally reinforced packing mandrels to provide reliable manufacturing on packing lines.

Easy-to-operate case packer

Product feeding, stacking and boxing are all automatic and monitored by sensors to match the packaging sequence to your production line speed.

The operator simply opens the dismantled boxes and places them on the packing funnel.

After packing, the finished boxes are automatically lowered to the belt conveyor for sealing.

Optimized fully automatic case packing operation

Fully automatic stacking and packing can directly increase production speeds to 15 cases per minute, depending on the operator’s level of flexibility.

The case packer can be immediately connected to China Yanmao’s automatic top and bottom case sealers without additional conveyor belt requirements.
