II. Equipment operation

Power on

4. The system starts to run automatically

Power off:

Open [flush solenoid valve / manual] and flush for 2 minutes.

Manual flushing of reverse osmosis membrane: flushing: make sure there is water in the original water tank and replenish it, open [flush solenoid valve / manual]

Adjust the concentrated water discharge valve (turn off) the reverse osmosis membrane [influent pressure] is about 0.8–1Mpa, the concentrated water flow rate is about 0.6m3/h, and the pure water flow rate is about 1.5m3/h. Adjust the backwater valve so that the concentrated water flow rate is about 0.6-1.0m3/h, and the [inlet pressure] is about 0.8–1Mpa. (when the drainage is all available, it is recommended to close the backwater valve, which is beneficial to increase the life of the membrane.

Automatic control process of reverse osmosis main system:

When starting, the original hydropower solenoid valve and flushing solenoid valve are all open, the high pressure pump is opened after 5 seconds delay, after flushing for 30 seconds, the flushing solenoid valve is closed, and the system enters the normal water supply state.

When the system is connected with pure water high-level control (floating ball switch), the system automatically opens the flushing solenoid valve and closes the high-pressure pump when the water is full, and closes the original pump and inlet solenoid valve after flushing at low pressure for 20 seconds. When there is water in the original water tank and when the pure water tank is low, automatically open the original water pump, high-pressure pump and water intake magnetic valve to make water.

When the current treatment system flushes or regenerates automatically, the high pressure pump stops and the water and electricity magnetic valve is turned off.

First open the backwash drain valve A4 and the backwash intake valve A3, the backwash flow rate is controlled at about 1-2T/H, backwash for 5 minutes (depending on the pollution blockage), flush out the sundries and bubbles in the filter material until the effluent is clear.

(3) after positive washing and reverse washing, open intake valve A1 and positive washing discharge valve A5, control flow 1T/H, and wash until the effluent is clear and qualified (about 3 minutes). Open the outlet valve A2 and close the positive washing drain valve A5 and transfer to the normal working state. (2) carbon filter

Filter element replacement: depending on the pollution, generally 1-2 weeks.

Daily replacement of 5 μ m PP filter element and carbon core:

In order to ensure the normal operation of the reverse osmosis system and prolong the service life of the RO membrane, the PP filter element with a pore diameter of 5 μ m is used in this system, which has the characteristics of high filtration accuracy and long service life. The replacement period is generally one week according to the water quality, and the replacement condition is that the filter element is seriously polluted in a large area, blackening and yellowing.

The service life of the filter element is directly related to the operation status of the pretreatment equipment. The good operation of the pretreatment equipment can remove most of the solid particles, flocculent precipitation and organic matter, reduce the load of the microfilter and prolong the service life of the filter element.

The filter element should be replaced regularly to ensure its interception, otherwise it may cause irreparable loss to the RO film.
