Solution: wipe off the dust on the end face of the photoelectric switch and increase the sensitivity. Please enter the [bSZ] state when wiping.

Phenomenon 6: block the photoelectric switch without blanking.

Check: is the photoelectric switch red light on when blocking the photoelectric switch? Measure whether the photoelectric switch voltage is normal (should be 12V), and measure whether the signal line voltage of the photoelectric switch is normal (about 0V when blocked, about 11V when not blocked).

Reason: it may be caused by the high frequency of the stepper motor (the frequency should be reduced), or the damage of the driver (replacing the driver), or the foreign body mixed in the material, which increases the resistance of the stepper motor (removing the foreign body).

Phenomenon 9: incorrect weighing

Cause: may be the sensor linear inconsistency (can be divided into several sections to calibrate), or sensor damage (replacement of the sensor).

Phenomenon 10: the zero of the electronic scale is unstable

Reason: it is possible that the weighing platform is placed unsteadily, there is airflow nearby, or the humidity of the working environment is high, which may lead to moisture on the control circuit board. The hot air of the hair dryer can be used to drive away the moisture, and the temperature should be controlled at 40-50 ℃ for about 10 minutes.

Phenomenon 11: the amount of cutting is getting less and less so that the spiral idling does not cut off.

Reason: the stirring motor stops or the transmission chain falls off. Solution: check whether the motor is damaged and whether the tensioner is loose.

Phenomenon 12: the feeder does not supply materials.

Reason: the material is bonded at the end of the material level switch. Solution: cut off the power supply, remove the material level switch and wipe the bonded material clean.
