Drop Packaging Machine with Pull-Nose Conveyor
To better address the challenges of packaging flexible bags, the integrated drop-bag machine can be configured with a flexible bag overlapping system. The bags are fed fully automatically onto a belt conveyor, which is retractable – dropping the product onto the door in a predetermined manner or one layer at a time. After the products are stacked, the hatches are opened and the products are put into the boxes. When the boxes are full, the boxes are withdrawn and new boxes are packed in stages.
Bagging process
- Automatically erect and form cartons
- Transfer the incoming bags or pouches to the storage area
- After the product is stored, the drop packing machine packs the multi-layer pouches into the box. The number of layers required will determine how often cases need to be loaded.
- After stacking and loading incoming products according to your packaging method, the box will be transferred to the sealing station and the process will be repeated
- The top flap of the carton will be folded and then pasted with glue or tape

The product feeding system works in coordination with the aisle diverter to feed single-row bottles into the four-lane stacking area. Here, the product is carried in bulk onto a board inside the drop packer, which correctly positions the product and dispenses it to fit the selected box size (total number of bottles). The product is then drop loaded into a pre-oriented case erected and correctly oriented by the case packer below.
Loaded cases are unloaded on a conveyor belt for transfer to downstream case sealer/palletizer operations.

Bottle, bottle or utensil loading process
- Automatically erect and form cartons to transport incoming water bottles, bottles or utensils to the storage area
- After the product is stored, the utensils will be packed into the box.
- After the incoming product is loaded according to your packaging, the box will be transferred to the sealing station and the process repeated
- The top cover of the carton will be folded
- The folded box cover will be folded glued or taped
