The palletizer is designed for reliable and powerful load transfer, with mechanical row push rods with double chain drive. It uses a load-bearing lift table to ensure stable product transfer and to remove pressure on the drive motor, thereby increasing motor life.

The vertical transport is driven by a variable frequency motor, which clears the shock to the equipment by providing soft start and termination in the load transport chain.

Fully automatic feeding timing belt controls box spacing and feeding to achieve reasonable orientation, row and gap configuration.

Skewed, reinforced transfer table ensures easy layer transfer

The stainless steel plate structure reinforced lifting platform is specially designed for long distance transportation. Heavy-duty stainless steel plate transfer plates are supported by cross-bar reinforcement beams, reducing case friction and removing bench load stress for case palletizing.

Self-adjusting layer holder sweep bars on the palletizer compensate for case load variations to ensure a positive sweep for every load. It will drop each layer onto the tray on its own, clearing up the extra adjustments during the transform.
