Fully automatic bag inserter: China Yanmao automatic plastic bag inserter opens, inserts and seals roll plastic bags at a speed of up to 25 cases per minute. They can be used with a variety of cartons to fit into your application. The bag inserter uses a mandrel to push pre-perforated, gusseted roll bags into the case.

Fully automatic bag opener: China Yanmao’s bag opener lifts the plastic bag cuff from the carton and folds it at a speed of 15 cases per minute.

Reliable and precise bag placement: Opposing vacuum plenums ensure consistent bag opening, while additional plenums hold bags in place as they are fed into the bottom of the case.

High-speed case packing rate: The packing rate of China Yanmao bag insertion machine can be up to 25 cases per minute, while the bag opener can handle up to 15 cases per minute.
