High Speed Bag Palletizer

The palletizer features an overhead indexing bar that moves each pallet row to a transfer table for more palletizing speeds as the next row is stacked.

Servo orienters take the equipment used for palletizing and turn it 90, 180 or 270 degrees to fully automatically create the best pallet configuration for each item.

An optional bag flattener gently repositions bag contents to ensure consistent bag size and shape and establish a smooth pallet load. It uses a unique conveyor belt with spring rollers on the upper conveyor belt for consistent high-speed operation.

While each palletizer is pre-programmed for item size and pallet pattern to fit your current requirements, there is built-in flexibility for future needs.

The transfer table is a roller design, which reduces friction and ensures that the contents of the bag will not be displaced when transferring. The stainless steel plate transfer table adopts a tapered design to promote stable transfer from the table to the tray.

The stainless steel plate reinforced lift table is designed for long distance transportation. Heavy-duty stainless steel plate transfer plates are supported by crossbar reinforcement beams that reduce enclosure friction and relieve console load stress.

Accurate layer centering is achieved through the combination of double side square plates and rear baffles, resulting in a square, smooth pallet load.
