Semi-automatic case packers combine case packing, manual packing and tape sealing into one compact and efficient working module. This ergonomically designed manual binning module features an automatic indexing system that precisely positions bins and products for optimum operator comfort and minimizes repetitive wrist and arm movements. Variable speed product feeding and on-demand case presentations are tightly coupled with the availability of 1, 2, 3 or 4 operator stations, providing greater operational flexibility. Products of a variety of sizes, shapes, weights and materials can be quickly and easily packaged in a variety of size boxes.

How this works
- Fully automatic erection and production of cartons or pallets
- Transfer incoming bags, pouches, cartons, utensils, water bottles, boxes or small parts to the storage area
- Once the product is staged, the operator will conveniently move the product from the conveyor to the box or pallet
- After the incoming product is loaded according to your packaging method, the box will be moved to the sealing station and the process will be repeated
- The top flap of the carton will be folded
- The folded lid will next be glued or taped
- Look! An auto-boxed finished product is ready to ship to your customer

Features and Benefits
Product feeding, stacking, and boxing are all automatic, monitored by sensors, so that the packaging sequence matches the speed of your production line.
The operator simply opens the dismantled boxes and places them on the packing funnel.
After packing, the finished boxes are automatically lowered to the belt conveyor to seal the boxes.
Fully automatic stacking and packing can instantly ramp up production to 15 cases per minute, depending on the operator’s level of flexibility.
The case packer can be immediately connected to China Yanmao’s automatic top and bottom case sealers without the need for additional conveyor belts.
Infeed conveyors and stacking equipment are designed for stable, gentle product settlement, delivering precision and precision unmatched by manual packaging.
Stainless steel plates are used in all locations where products come into contact with equipment to promote a clean product environment and to ensure successful movement of products containing coated graphics or outer packaging.
