The semi-automatic random case sealer brings an easy and easy way to seal random size cases. Unlike a fully automatic random machine, this type of case sealer requires the operator to fold the top cover of the case. Once folded, the operator feeds the box into the carton sealer to begin the sealing process.

The semi-automatic case sealer can then be adjusted to the appropriate case height and passed through the tape head. The in-progress boxes are then routed from the back of the equipment to employees or to a conveyor system.

The semi-automatic random case sealer can tape the top and bottom ends of random size cases. Depending on the speed of the operator, it can seal up to 15 boxes per minute. Beyond that, it can easily go from a sealed gap/box to a more filled box at the flick of a switch. This enclosure sealing system provides additional safety features, including an enclosed mast for easy access and a head that locks in time when air or power is removed.
