This type of cassette sealer is manufactured as a tightly integrated module, which eliminates possible premature wear and tear.

The stainless steel plate structure adopts electric welding and screw connection, and the upper operating mechanism is fixed on the frame through a solid rack and transmission gear system.

With a gross weight of over 2,200 pounds, the tape case sealer can handle the toughest production situations. The smooth stainless steel plate structure of this tape sealer is not easy to rust and does not need to be painted. Fully transparent gullwing doors are standard, not a unique order. They are electrically interlocked to stop the sealer when opened and allow full access to the equipment.

Each case is automatically coded into the case sealer from your conveyor belt. The inner flap at the top is folded by a powered flap folder while the motor-driven bolt transports the case through the sealer. Then, the outer flaps are folded and taped. Boxes leave the facility sealed, square and ready for stacking in advance.

These tape case sealers are capable of eliminating tape consumption and significantly reducing production time lost to tape roll changeovers. Both top and bottom tape rolls are mounted externally for easy access.

An “empty roll” sensor stops the sealer when the end of the tape leaves the roll. The operator simply removes the reel and attaches the new reel to the end of the last reel.

China Yanmao’s exclusive flying lugs push each case down the corner, keeping it straight during transfer. The cast aluminum flip-folder slowly takes shape to fold the flap at the score line and then close smoothly without the flap overlapping.

Even boxes with undefined can be folded squarely and securely.

Main drive gear components are enclosed in lubricating oil to remove gear damage. Sealed bearings and self-lubricating cylinders never have to be maintained. The fully automatic water eliminator can avoid the damage of the air valve caused by the water in the air pipe.

When routine maintenance or cleaning is required, the gull-wing doors can be opened to allow access to the entire unit.

Case size conversion is easy; place a new case at the feed inlet and apply manual gear adjustments to suit the height and width of the new case. After a few minutes, the tape sealer is back in production.
