The rotary mechanism of the turret is mainly composed of a rotary body, 8 fixed seats and 8 rotary boxes. The structure of the turret mechanism and the packaging material determine the packaging speed of the whole wrapping machine. If the centrifugal force on the package is greater than the friction between the rotary box and the package, the package will be thrown out. The centrifugal force and friction force on packages of different quality are different. For items such as cigarettes, the weight is light and elastic, and the friction force on the rotary box is larger, and the centrifugal force on it is smaller, and its packaging speed can be improved. For heavier items such as magnetic tape, whose shell is hard and less elastic, it will suffer less friction, centrifugal force will be greater, and a slightly higher speed will be thrown out, and cards may appear, damaging packages and some parts and parts. its packing speed is much lower than that of packing cigarettes. When the shape and size of the package changes greatly, the rotary box on the turret should be replaced.
2. Linear folding wrapping machine
When wrapping bags with straight-line folding wrapping process, the single corrugated cardboard box sheet or ordinary thick cardboard sheet with pressing line and chamfer accumulated on the cardboard library shelf should be taken out one by one, and folded into a right angle. then push the products stacked in accordance with certain requirements to the designated position of the box sheet, and then press the pressing line on the box sheet to make the box package, glue and seal it and send it out.
